Involvement of Senior Staff - At Padre, experienced senior staff members are active in day-to-day project work. The senior professionals have between 10 and 23 years of applied experience in their field of specialization, and are actively engaged in all aspect of project management.

Our personnel include Registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineers, Registered Geologists, Certified Engineering Geologists, Certified Environmental Managers, Registered Environmental Assessors, Certified Ecologists, Certified Wetland Scientists, Archaeologists, and environmental scientists and planners who have extensive training and hands-on experience in their fields of specialization. Additionally, Padre holds a State of California Contractors License, General Engineering A.

Providing Customized Services - As a growing small firm, we have the flexibility to conform our services to match our clients' needs. Depending on their preferences, our involvement can range from complete management of complex, multi-disciplinary projects to providing adjunct support services on an as-needed basis.
