COVID-19 DISINFECTION PLANS
Padre Associates, Inc. prepares COVID-19 Disinfection Plans for office and retail facilities where there has been a reported presence of an employee, visitor, or customer with a confirmed positive COVID-19 diagnosis. The disinfection plans are prepared in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019. Disinfection plans document the protocols and procedures employed to ensure disinfection activities are completed properly and to a high standard. Additionally, Padre can on behalf of the client act as a liaison between the disinfection contractor to coordinate the scheduling and completion of disinfection activities.
COVID-19 DISINFECTIONS OVERSIGHT AND INSPECTIONS
Prior to, during, and upon completion of disinfection activities Padre can provide inspection services to verify that disinfection activities are conducted according to the disinfection plan and to document the disinfection activities. Padre personnel will meet the disinfection contractor at the project location, review the disinfection plans with the contractor, ensure that the appropriate U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) List N registered disinfection chemicals are used, review disinfection procedures and provide recommendations, if needed. On completion of inspection activities Padre can provide to the client written and photographic documentation of the inspection.
Padre has a team of professionals with environmental expertise in testing, planning, and oversight of projects involving facility disinfections, mold abatement, lead based paint abatement, and asbestos abatement. A single point of contact is maintained with the client to ensure continuity and consistency of project communications.
